SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Delivery Areas
BIPECORE GmbH delivers exclusively to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Deliveries to other countries are currently not available.
2. Shipping Providers
Delivery is carried out by reliable shipping providers such as Swiss Post, DHL, or UPS. The shipping provider is selected depending on the size of the shipment and the destination country.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, shipping method, and order value. The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process in the online shop.
4. Delivery Time
4.1 Standard delivery times are generally:
Switzerland: 2–5 business days
Germany and Austria: 5–10 business days
4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the selected shipping method. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
4.3 In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed in due time by e-mail or telephone.
5. Customer’s Duty to Inspect
5.1 The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, damage, and the integrity of the original packaging.
5.2 If the security seal is damaged or removed, or if the packaging has been opened, this must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Complaints submitted after this period cannot be considered.
5.3 If no complaint is made within the specified period, the goods shall be deemed accepted as contractually compliant and undamaged.
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 Certain products may only be delivered to specific regions due to legal or logistical restrictions. This will be indicated during the ordering process.
6.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into the respective destination country.
7. Returns
7.1 Returns are only possible if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, and in unopened original packaging. Opened or damaged products are excluded from return.
7.2 Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
7.3 The cost of return shipping may vary depending on the reason for the return. Details will be communicated individually.
8. Customs and Import Duties
8.1 No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within Switzerland.
8.2 For deliveries to Germany and Austria, customs or import duties generally do not apply. Should any charges arise, they shall be borne by the recipient.
9. Liability for Delivery Delays
9.1 BIPECORE is not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider or by force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.
9.2 However, BIPECORE will make reasonable efforts to inform customers promptly in the event of delivery issues and to seek an appropriate solution.
10. Shipment Tracking
10.1 Shipment tracking is provided for all orders. After dispatch, customers receive an e-mail containing the tracking number.
10.2 The shipment can be tracked using this number on the website of the respective shipping provider.
Important Notice:
The original packaging of the goods, including any security seals, must not be opened or damaged. Once the seal has been removed or the packaging opened, the goods are excluded from return for security and hygiene reasons.
