2. Subject matter of the contract

2.1 Coaching and training services

BIPECORE 's training courses and coaching sessions are based on general market information and technological principles. They do not replace professional financial advice, individual investment strategies, or tax advice.

Decisions made based on the training are entirely the responsibility of the customers.

2.2 Sale of hardware wallets

In addition, BIPECORE sells hardware wallets for the independent and secure storage of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The products offered meet the highest security standards.

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1 The presentation of services and products on the BIPECORE website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to submit an offer .

3.2 The contract only becomes effective upon written confirmation from BIPECORE , which is usually sent by email. BIPECORE reserves the right to reject offers without giving reasons.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 Prices for services and products may be quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), depending on the selection made during the ordering process. Pricing errors are excepted; BIPECORE reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.

4.2 Payments are due within 20 days of the invoice date without deduction. In case of late payment, BIPECORE reserves the right to charge default interest at a rate of 5% per annum as well as a reminder fee of CHF 30 per reminder .

5. Scope of services and changes

5.1 The scope of services is defined in the respective contractual agreements. BIPECORE reserves the right to make minor adjustments , provided these do not jeopardize the purpose of the contract and are reasonable.

5.2 Should any changes or additions be necessary during the term of the contract, BIPECORE will inform you in a timely manner and submit an adjusted offer . Significant changes will only be made with your express consent.

6. Obligations of customers

6.1 All information required for the performance of the services must be provided in a timely and complete manner. Missing or delayed information may impair the fulfillment of the contract.

6.2 The provision of a suitable technical infrastructure for participation in online coaching sessions , such as a stable internet connection and up-to-date software , is the responsibility of the customers.

7. Cancellation and appointment changes

7.1 Agreed appointments are binding . Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment . For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the full fee will be charged.

7.2 BIPECORE reserves the right to postpone or cancel dates for important reasons . Alternative dates will be offered in a timely manner in such cases.

8. Delivery of hardware wallets

8.1 Delivery will be made to the address provided. Delivery times are non-binding unless a specific delivery date has been expressly guaranteed.

8.2 In the event of product unavailability or delivery delays, you will be informed immediately. You have the option to wait for delivery or to cancel the purchase.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1 Customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract or, in the case of goods deliveries, upon receipt of the goods.

9.2 The cancellation must be made by means of a clear declaration, which can be sent by email or post. Timely dispatch of the declaration is sufficient to meet the deadline.

10. Liability

10.1 BIPECORE is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct .

10.2 NO LIABILITY CLAIM FOR FINANCIAL LOSSES

BIPECORE accepts no liability for financial decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the information or services provided. All actions involving digital assets are undertaken at your own risk and responsibility.

10.3 NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

BIPECORE provides no guarantee for the financial success or security of investments made based on information provided in coaching or training.

11. Data protection

11.1 Personal data will be used exclusively for contract processing and customer communication and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11.2 Further information on data processing can be found in Bipecore's privacy policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.

12. Copyright

12.1 All content, documents, and materials of Bipecore are protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction, or distribution is only permitted with prior written consent.

12.2 Violations will be prosecuted.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their respective country of residence also apply.

13.2 The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the registered office of Bipecore in Cham, Switzerland.

14. Severability Clause

14.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

15. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION

By using BIPECORE 's services, I expressly confirm that I am aware that BIPECORE does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. I acknowledge that all information provided by BIPECORE is purely educational and does not constitute individual recommendations for action. I assume full responsibility for my decisions regarding digital assets.
