Shipping information

1. Delivery areas

Bipecore GmbH delivers exclusively to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

2. Shipping service provider

Delivery is handled by reliable shipping providers such as Swiss Post, DHL, or UPS. The shipping provider is selected based on the size and destination of the order.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, shipping method, and order value. The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process in the online shop.

4. Delivery time

4.1 The delivery time is usually:

  • Switzerland: 2-5 working days
  • Germany and Austria: 5-10 working days

4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping method. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

4.3 Should there be a delivery delay, the customer will be informed in good time by email or telephone.

5. Customer's duty to inspect

5.1 The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, damage and the integrity of the original packaging.

5.2 If the seal is damaged or removed, or the packaging is opened, this must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims of this nature made after this time cannot be considered.

5.3 If no complaint is reported within the stated period, the goods shall be deemed accepted as conforming to the contract and undamaged.

6. Shipping restrictions

6.1 Certain products can only be delivered to specific regions due to legal or logistical restrictions. This will be indicated during the ordering process.

6.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be imported into the respective delivery country.

7. Returns

7.1 Returns are only possible if the goods are unused, undamaged, and returned in their unopened original packaging. Opened or damaged products are excluded from return.

7.2 Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

7.3 Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. Details will be provided individually.

8. Customs and import duties

8.1 No additional customs duties apply to deliveries to Switzerland.

8.2 Deliveries to Germany and Austria are generally not subject to customs duties or import fees. However, should any fees be incurred, they shall be borne by the recipient.

9. Liability for delivery delays

9.1 Bipecore is not liable for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider or by force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).

9.2 However, Bipecore will endeavor to inform customers immediately in the event of delivery problems and to find a solution together.

10. Shipment tracking

10.1 Order tracking is offered for all orders. After shipment, customers receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.

10.2 The delivery can be tracked using this number on the website of the respective shipping service provider.

Important note: The original packaging of the goods, including any safety seals, must not be opened or damaged. Once the seal has been removed or the packaging opened, returns are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons.
